Why haven’t I received any commission?

General Reasons:

  1. Commissions calculated below 0.01 in the partner’s account currency will not be received.
  2. Transactions from clients that were canceled due to price changes will not earn commissions for the partner.
  3. Accounts where clients trade using virtual money (bonuses) will not earn commissions for the partner.

Reasons Related to Our Policy or Agreement:

1. Partner accounts or any accounts managed or controlled by the partner, or client accounts assigned to the partner, will be considered suspicious if:

  • The company finds that the partner’s rewards come from fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities, whether directly or indirectly.
  • The referred clients have malicious intent to enable the partner to earn commissions.
  • The partner’s account is banned by IUX due to suspicious behavior as considered by the company.

2. If a partner’s account or any account in the partner’s name, or client accounts, are suspended or moved to retention as specified in this agreement, including in the sections “Temporary Suspension of Client Accounts” and “Inactive and Non-Moving Client Accounts” in the Agreement and General Business Terms, the terms of this agreement will remain in effect throughout the retention and/or suspension period of those accounts.
