To uphold fairness, transparency, and ethical standards within the IUX partner system, all partners are required to strictly comply with the terms and conditions associated with the broker referral program.

Failure to adhere to these terms — such as violating partnership agreements, breaching internal policies or regulatory guidelines, or engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior — may result in the termination of partner status without prior notice.

Actions that may lead to suspension or removal of IB status include:

• Unauthorized use of client information or activities within the system
• Data falsification
• Market manipulation or trading volume distortion not aligned with IUX guidelines

Note: Decisions regarding the suspension or revocation of IB status are made solely at the discretion of IUX based on internal investigation and evaluation.
