Commission Calculation For Standard, Standard +, and Pro Accounts
Commission calculation for these three account types is based on the spread.
Formula: Percentage x Lot Size x Spread x Bonus Rate
Example: Let’s say you are a Platinum level partner. When your clients use a Standard+ account to trade 1 lot of EURUSD currency with a spread of 10 points, their commission calculation would be:
40% x 1.00 (Lot) x 10 (Spread) x 1 (Bonus Rate) = 4 USD
Note: The maximum commission payout is determined using the 35-point maximum spread.
Example: Suppose you are a Premier level partner. When your clients use Standard account for trade 1 lot in the energy commodity of USOIL with a spread of 46 points. The system will calculate the spread at the limit to 35 points, their commission calculation would be:
45% x 1.00 ( Lot) x 35 (spread) x 1 (bonus rate) = 15.75 USD
Commission Calculation For Raw Account
Commission calculation for Raw Accounts is based on a fixed rate commission per lot.
Forex | Metals & Energies | Crypto | Index |
$6 per lot | $6 per lot | ADAUSD : $2/Lot ATMUSD : $1/Lot AVAUSD : $2/Lot BATUSD : $6/Lot BCHUSD : $1/Lot BNBUSD : $4/Lot BTCUSD : $4/Lot DOTUSD : $2/Lot ETHUSD : $1/Lot LTCUSD : $0.4/Lot SOLUSD : $2/Lot TRXUSD : $1/Lot UNIUSD : $1/Lot XMRUSD : $2/Lot XTZUSD : $2/Lot | AUS200 : $1/Lot DE30 : $4/Lot FR40 : $2/Lot HK50 : $1/Lot S&P500 : $0.4/Lot STOXX50 : $1/Lot UK100 : $2/Lot US30 : $2/Lot USTEC : $1.2/Lot DXY : $6/Lot |
For Raw accounts, the fee is charged when opening a Position/Lot and is not charged again when closing a Position.
Formula: Commission Percentage x Lot Size x Fixed Rate Commission
Example: Suppose you are a Platinum level partner, and your clients use a Raw Account to trade the energy commodity USOIL, involving 1 lot with a fixed rate commission of $6. The calculation for the formula is as follows:
17% (Commission Percentage) x 1.00 (Lot) x 6 (Fixed Rate Commission) = 1.02 USD
The commission that the introducing broker will receive from the 2nd-level clients.
Level | Standard | Advance | Pro | VIP | Platinum | Premier |
2 | 5% | 5% | 5% | 5% | 5% | 5% |
The commission that IB receives from Level 2 Clients will be calculated from the commission that the company pays to Sub-IBs for all account types.
Example: Suppose that your Introducing Broker (Sub-IB) is Premier level and your Sub Client uses Standard account to trade 1 lot of USOIL energy commodity with 35 pips spread.
The calculation formula is as follows:
5% (Percentage) X 15.75 USD (Sub-IB Commission) = 0.78 USD
Note
- Standard, Standard+ and Pro accounts have different formulas than Raw accounts.
- Level 1 commission is calculated from the percentage of your referred clients’ trades. (Clients) While level 2 is calculated from the commission paid by the company to your Sub-Ib
- Pip Value = Pip Size x Contract Size x Volume
- Spread = Spread at opening price
- Bonus Rate = Balance/Margin*
* If the result of the bonus rate calculation is greater than 1, the bonus ratio is 1. If the calculation is less than 1, the bonus ratio is equal to that value.
