1. Forgot password on the website
If you have forgotten your password to log into your area, no worries. Access the login page. You can request a password reset by clicking “Forgot password?” at the bottom of the sign-in screen.
As the step below;
- Go to the login page via IUX Partner.
- Click on Forgot password, and you will be taken to the password reset screen.
- Enter the email address you used to register.
- Go to your email containing a link to reset your password and click Request Password.
- Create a new password and confirm a new password according to the requirements for a valid password. Click Confirm.
- Done! You can now use this new password to log in to your Area.
2. Forgot IUX App Trade password
The password can be changed on the application.
- Go to login and click forgot your password.
- Enter your email address.
- Receive the password reset email.
- Enter your new password. It must contain uppercase letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), and symbols !@#$%^&*()_+|~-=\`{}[]:”;'<>? ,./ and 6 numeric characters (0-9), such as Aa@123456.

Note: If partners would like to change their password, they must do so through their IUX client account.
